High Priority – Live, small flying insects found. 2 flying insects on the computer screen at the front counter. 2 flying insect on a pizza box at the pizza cutting station across from the pizza oven. The manager eradicated the flying insects and discarded the pizza boxes. I suggested to the manager on duty to keep the pizza boxes in the wrap for extra protection and remove apizza box as needed. **Corrective Action Taken**
