Observed employee drop utensil on floor, then pick up utensil with gloved hands and handle pan of chicken without hand wash. Spoke to employee during inspection who removed gloves and wash hands. Observed another employee drop lid on floor, pick up lid from floor and return to handling drinks without hand wash. **Corrective Action Taken**
