To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. Observed person in charge unable to provide proof of employee food safety training. Spoke with Operator who has folder with him but unable to provide during the inspection. Operator stated he will email /text pictures of certificates. **Corrective Action Taken** **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2026-09-16: At callback no change. Two employees present without being able to provide proof of food safety training. (Renee, Tony) **Admin Complaint**
