Holding); pasta salad (47*F – Cold Holding); tuna salad (48*F – Cold Holding); ham (45*F – Cold Holding) poultry @50F , poultry @60F All beef and poultry relocated to the freezer. **Corrective Action Taken** **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2026-07-29: At call back inspection temps in the 3 door lift lid unit are tuna salad 49 F shredded cheese 52F, ham 45F , Turkey 47F. All items were taken out of the lift lid unit overnight and stored in a working cold holding unit and restocked today at 11:00 am . At call back inspection the TCS food were put back into working refrigeration unit to bring temp to 41 F or below. items out of temperature less than 4 hours **Time Extended**

Technician has ordered a part for this unit . the part should be in in a day or two . Ice will be used until repairs are made . **Time Extended**
