Cooler has an ambient temperature of 55F. Manager will remove TCS foods and place in walk in cooler. Observed in reach in cooler on cook line Chicken salad (50F – Cold Holding); Cinnamon butter (49F – Cold Holding); Cole slaw (51F – Cold Holding); Shredded cheese (52F – Cold Holding); Cut melon (52F – Cold Holding). **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2026-07-30: Observed reach in cooler still the same . Raw beef, sliced cheese (53F – Cold Holding) Establishment has maintenance working on equipment. Observed in reach in cooler on cook line Chicken salad (50F – Cold Holding); Cinnamon butter (49F – Cold Holding); Cole slaw (51F – Cold Holding);Cut melon (52F – Cold Holding). **Admin Complaint** – From follow-up inspection 2026-08-03: Observed cinnamon butter at 46F, strawberry butter at 46F.
