Observed standing water on the floor under soda dispenser and behind soda dispenser in dining room. Person in charge has work order in for potential leak from soda line. Wall paneling separating from wall at back kitchen area near back door. Ceiling tiles with holes in dry storage area. Cove molding separating by walk in freezer and walk in cooler.
