51-16-7Intermediate – Location of freshwater tank not matching what is on the plans. Initial plans approved tank on top of MFDV. Current freshwater tank is located on back right end of food trailer by back door. Operator has a closed smoker where they are cooking chicken and bringing it onto the food truck and serving from the food truck. Food trailer with two attached smokers on MFDV not in system. Observed propane tanks on ledge of food trailer that are not secured or integral part of unit. Waste water tank was removed and portable gray water tank is sitting on the ground. No plan review submitted and approved – renovations were made or are in progress. Must submit plans and plan review application to DBPR H and R Plan Review office located at 2601 Blair Stone Rd., Tallahassee, FL 32399-1011. Plans must be submitted AND approved within 60 days. Grill is located at opposite end of food trailer so operator has to walk our distance to get food on and off the grill. Grill is faced towards customers where customers would have access to. Advised moving the grill to the opposite end of the truck where operator goes in and out and turns so it is not facing customers. **Warning**
