Observed 1 live roaches crawling on hand washing station in closed lobby wait station. Observed 1 live roaches crawling on floor under same hand washing station. **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2026-08-19: Observed 1 live roach crawling on kitchen door frame in between wine display and hand washing station. Person in charge killed roach. **Admin Complaint** **Corrective Action Taken** – From follow-up inspection 2026-08-20: Observed 1 live roach crawling on archway near coffee drink station. Observed 2 live roaches crawling where the wall meetings the ceiling tiles above kitchen door near hand washing station. Observed 1 live roach crawling on wall above hand washing station.
