14-69-4Basic – – From initial inspection : Basic – Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. In the walk in freezer there is a buildup of ice around the door and on the sprinkler head. Operator began removing the ice buildup. **Corrective Action Taken** **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2026-08-27: The ice buildup has been removed from the sprinkler head in the walk in freezer, there is ice on the side of the walk in freezer door. **Time Extended**
