Must submit plans and plan review application to DBPR H and R Plan Review office located at 2601 Blair Stone Rd., Tallahassee, FL 32399-1011. Plans must be submitted AND approved within 60 days. Checked plans because one hand sink was removed to add ice machine, hand sink is not on plans. I did notice some discrepancies on the plans like no triple sink at bar and now it's one, no walk in cooler in storage room and now it's one. Person in charge stated that he wasn't aware that they were on warning for this. Spoke with person that is submitting the plans and he didn't realize that he needed to fill out plan review application along with submitting the plans.
