Also observed homemade buffalo sauce prepared with tomato sauce 84f, less than 4 hours, on cook line countertop. **Repeat Violation** **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2026-09-03: Upon callback, observed coleslaw 46f, diced tomatoes 46f, diced cooked eggs 47f, less than 4 hours, on left hand side of walk-in cooler directly across from door. Observed raw chicken 41f on right and side of walk-in cooler farthest from the door. Operator stated he received a delivery at approximately 7:30am. Delivery company had walk-in cooler door propped open during delivery. No homemade buffalo sauce prepared with tomato sauce observed on cook line countertop. **Time Extended**
