Operator stated hot water heater recently broke. Sink still has cold running water. **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2026-09-03: Spoke to Operator via phone while doing callback at truck. Operator stated he has a repair person coming out but he won't be here until after the weekend. Per DM Timothy Dillon time extend 7 days. **Time Extended** – From follow-up inspection 2026-09-17: Operator states repair person removed water heater and has not been back to repair. There is running cold water, but, no hot water. **Admin Complaint**
