Basic – Wiping cloth quaternary ammonium compound sanitizing solution not at proper minimum strength. Upon inspection, observed 0ppm wiping cloth sanitizer level in sanitizer in wiping cloth sanitizer bucket. Manager refilled sanitizer bucket with new solution and 200ppm reading was observed. **Corrected On-Site**
