In the reach in cooler of the prep area, rice (52F – Cold Holding); French onion soup (51F – Cold Holding) operator observed door not sealing properly and relocated to walk in freezer. At conclusion of inspection not yet back in temperature range. **Corrective Action Taken**

On back prep line in use green cutting board and stored white cutting board with food residue staining.
