Intermediate – Observed establishment approved for change of ownership with no plan review. Establishment added hand sink and prep sink behind front counter. Also, per manager establishment is adding a commercial dishwasher in warewash area. No other changes made. Advised manager that they must submit updated plans for file and plan review application to DBPR H and R Plan Review office located at 2601 Blair Stone Rd., Tallahassee, FL 32399-1011.
