Employee set up three compartment sink for sanitizing at time of inspection. **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2026-10-02: Operator requested an earlier call back inspection. Chlorine for dish machine tested at 0 PPM. **Time Extended** – From follow-up inspection 2026-10-07: Dish machine not yet fixed due to conflicting schedules with maintenance repair man. An "Out of order" sign has been posted to the dish machine. The three compartment sink is set up for sanitizing.
