Observed cooling eggs stored on top of in the reach in cooler: Sliced cheese (46F – Cold Holding); Milk (45F – Cold Holding) Operator states the eggs were placed there approximately 1hr ago. Operator removed the eggs and placed the food in the reach in freezer to get it back down to temperature. **Corrective Action Taken**
