Gaps in between walls in pre areas and bakery room, cove molding in disrepair and broken tiles in several areas throughout kitchen, wall bulging near three compartment sink and handwash sink in dish pit area. Discussed importance of repairs with operator. Showed operators sections that need repairs. **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2026-10-20: Observed areas sealed and continuing to be sealed at time of callback inspection. Some areas of cove molding still in disrepair and walls near dish pit with some holes present. Operator sealed most areas and will continue correcting remaining areas. **Time Extended** **Corrective Action Taken**
