35A-09-4High Priority – Presence of insects, rodents, or other pests. Small white /clear ants throughout kitchen, office, hood system and ceiling. Too many to count.
35A-05-4High Priority – Roach activity present as evidenced by live roaches found. 5 live roaches under soda box rack. 3 live roaches observed when I lifted the ice machine motor cover. 3 large live roaches near drain in maintenance room back of building exterior entrance near restroom.
