Puddle of sewage on ground above septic tank. Puddle also drawing towards SW Coulter ave entrance on property. Operator added pallets to area by road during inspection to block entrance. Alternate entrance available on SW Ellis st that does not run through waste water. Operator contacted waste water company to come today to pump system. Per operator has been pumping every two weeks. Pump truck arrived during inspection and pumped sewage. **Corrective Action Taken**
