At least 11 hard rodent droppings on floor around line 6 burner stove. Rodent droppings in dry storage and dish room swept. In dry storage shed, 2 dry crumbly rodent droppings in bag of napkins on shelf. Operator discarded napkins. At least 40 dry crumbly rodent droppings on shelves of dry storage shed. At least 30 dry crumbly rodent droppings on top of old linens box in storage shed. In lobby at least 15 hard rodent droppings on floor tables 20 and 21. Began cleaning process by removing shelving in areas of rodent activity. Vacuumed, swept and mop in areas of rodent activity inside main building of restaurant. Rodent droppings inside removed.
