High Priority – Rodent activity present as evidenced by rodent droppings found. 1 hard rodent dropping on wooden pallet shelf in dry storage. 6 hard rodent droppings on floor under dry storage pallet shelf. 10 hard rodent dropping on floor of dish room under three compartment sink. 2 dry crumbly rodent droppings on floor of dish area under dish machine. 7 hard rodent droppings on floor under sprayer of dish area. 3 dry crumbly rodent droppings and 4 hard rodent droppings on floor near back smoker. At least 11 hard rodent droppings on floor around line 6 burner stove. Rodent droppings in dry storage and dish room swept. In dry storage shed, 2 dry crumbly rodent droppings in bag of napkins on shelf. Operator discarded napkins. At least 40 dry crumbly rodent droppings on shelves of dry storage shed. At least 30 dry crumbly rodent droppings on top of old linens box in storage shed. In lobby at least 15 hard rodent droppings on floor tables 20 and 21. Began cleaning process by removing shelving in areas of rodent activity. Vacuumed, swept and mop in areas of rodent activity inside main building of restaurant. Rodent droppings inside removed.
