High Priority – Rodent activity present as evidenced by rodent droppings found. 2 dry crumbly rodent droppings on shelf by salad dressing. 2 dull hard rodent droppings on shelf by salad dressing. 4 dry crumbly rodent droppings on shelf under unused dishes. 2 dry crumbly rodent droppings on edge of shelf near trash can. Cleaned up. Placed glue trap in area. At least 50 dry crumbly rodent droppings in non working walk in cooler by dry storage shelving. Only food stored in location is two jugs of oil. Removed jugs of oil. Began vacuuming. 9 dull hard rodent droppings in empty cans sitting on shelf in non working walk in cooler. Discarded can and droppings. Droppings in walk in cooler all removed. Placed glue traps in walk-in cooler. 5 dry crumbly rodent droppings under three compartment sink. Vacuumed all droppings under three compartment sink. **Corrected On-Site**
