Observed 1 live roach crawling on cutting board stored on drainboard of three compartment sink. Killed and discarded. Observed 1 live roach under chart on wall above three compartment sink. Observed 2 live roaches in Velcro stuck to wall above three compartment sink and hand washing sink.
