It appears the far right third of table is running 45-46°F. Moved beef and chicken towards center of make table.
35A-05-4High Priority – Roach activity present as evidenced by live roaches found. 1 live roach on top of bag of rice on floor of kitchen behind make table reach-in cooler. 2 live roaches on bag of dry noodles in case next to bag of rice directly behind make table reach-in cooler. At least 20 live roaches at bottom of large case of dry noodles. At least 3 live roaches in box for plastic wrap sitting on prep table next to dry noodle case. At least 4 live roaches in pile of boxes of noodles and boxes of can liners on top of prep table. Live spider at 3rd drip pan from fryer. Web extends down to 6th wok drip pan.
