35A-04-4High Priority – Rodent activity present as evidenced by rodent droppings found. Observed 11 droppings on floor of storage room. Scattered around floor along wall. Room contains one chest freezer and bottled beer along with employee personal items. Observed 2 droppings on floor under chip drawers in wait station. Area is in between kitchen and dining room. Area contains cooler for bottled beer and salsa along with chip storage drawers.
29-34-4High Priority – Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb or on fitting/splitter added to hose bibb. Missing on faucet outside of back door. Missing on faucet above steam table.
