Establishment states plumbers were here and there is a broken pipe under building, cannot fix until tomorrow morning. Water is bubbling up through cracks in kitchen floor in numerous places. Water seeps under walls into womens room. Workers having to walk through puddles and water in kitchen to do jobs. Water is being tracked throughout establishment from workers going in and out of kitchen. **Repeat Violation**
