High Priority – Raw sewage on ground of establishment. Observed in back of restaurant outside plumbing caps taken off of pipes with sewage actively flowing into back parking lot area. Dumpster and grease receptacles completely surrounded in sewage from draining pipe approximately 3 to 5 inches deep. Employees would have to walk through area where cap is open on draining pipe. Smoker is approximately 20 feet from dumpster area heavy sewage odor and fly presence throughout areas. Behind the outside bar in the back grass area sewage covering ground throughout. Operator states when cap is put back on pipe sewage backs up inside the restaurant. **Warning**
