Observed rodent droppings in the following locations: -40 droppings in the corner of ware wash area that is adjacent to kitchen. – 5 droppings at the entrance to the Walk-in Cooler – 6 droppings along the front side of the Buffett table not in use in. – 5 droppings in the corner under the dish machine – 10 droppings under the dry food goods rack in the kitchen next to a package that appeared to have gnaw marks. – 5 droppings under the coffee machine and condiment rack in the kitchen **Warning**
