Observed 3 live roaches on wall to the left of walk in cooler. Manager eradicated all 6 and called pest control to come out **Corrective Action Taken** **Warning**

Items in walk in cooler cold holding- cooked potatoes 47 degrees, sliced ham 46 degrees, cooked meat sauce 47 degrees, butter 45 degrees, raw swai 45 degrees. Manager pulled items out of walk in cooler and put in walk in freezer and other coolers to cool product. Manager stated they are waiting on part to repair cooler **Admin Complaint**
