High Priority – Grease interceptor/trap overflowing onto floor/ground. Observed the grease trap under the triple sink to be leaking water and grease A repair man is on site to fix the grease trap. It is connected to the hand sink, dishwasher and sits under the triple sink. When staff turns on water to the only hand sink, dishwasher or triple sink, the grease and water leak from the trap under the triple sink onto the floor. They are inoperable with out causing the kitchen floor to be full of water. In talking to the repair man, he states it was working when he got here and it leaked the water and grease out when he loosened the screws. The repair man is putting the grease trap back together, he does not have the tools to fix it right now. **Warning**
