On cook line observed one employee preparing food wearing a dangle bracelet and ring that is not easily cleanable. Manager had employees remove the items. **Corrected On-Site**

Basic – Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Around ice bin on front line observed the exterior rim with build up with a mold-like substance. Along top of three compartment sink observed with mold-like substance buildup.
