Upon inspection observed a total of "9" flying insects. 1 on cart next to hand washing station close to dining room door inside kitchen, 2 on pans on top of prep table to the right of cook line, 1 in upright reach in cooler across from cook line , 3 in prep area in middle of kitchen and 2 on imitation crab meat in buffet line. **Warning**

Upon inspection observed employee use insect swatter to exterminate small flying insect on clean equipment rack in dish washing area.
