Long ways from the entrance door the layout on left side is pizza ovens three compartment sink, handwash sink, prep table with dough mixer, and then counter that has sliding glass windows. On the right side starting closest to door there is pizza display that has no sliding glass door but has air curtain, soda fountain, triple door reach-in cooler, hot hold prep table, fryers, and then counter that has sliding glass windows.
