Observed approximately 10 rodent droppings on the shelf by the food covers. Approximately 50 rodent droppings underneath preparation table. Approximately 20 rodent droppings underneath 3 compartment sink in the kitchen. Approximately 100 rodent droppings under and behind standup reach in cooler across cook line.
