Upon inspection observed a total of 111 rodent droppings in the following areas: Upon inspection observed 16 rodent droppings on storage shelf in the back of restaurant next to soda boxes. Upon inspection observed 20 rodent droppings on top of to go box boxes and to go bags box. Upon inspection observed 25 rodent droppings in the bottom of storage shelf in the back of kitchen. Upon inspection observed approximately 50 rodent droppings behind reach in freezer in the back of storage area. **Warning**

22-08-4Basic – Interior of oven/microwave has accumulation of black substance/grease/food debris. Upon inspection observed stove soiled with accumulation of grease in the kitchen.
