One on counter by Take out window, one on top of coffee machine and one on refrigerator Discussed the importance of keeping the carry out window closed in between guests.
28-26-5High Priority – Wastewater backing up through floor drains. When the employees drain the sanitizer sink of the three compartment sink, wastewater comes up through the drain and runs onto the floor in the dish washing area. Employees are observed walking through the area to other areas of the establishment. Plumbers have been called and are on the way. **Corrective Action Taken**
