Manager moved to walk in cooler to quick chill. **Corrective Action Taken** **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2023-12-13: Per operator, cream prepared this morning. At 8:50am , Cream cheese at 46F ambient cooling since 8am. No other tcs foods stored at time of inspection. Violation will be reviewed at the next routine inspection. **Time Extended**
