Front counter – Observed: sausage (47F – Cold Holding); Beef (47F – Cold Holding); Phili Steak (46F – Cold Holding); cooked chicken (46F – Cold Holding); chicken drumlets (43-47F – Cold Holding). Per operator, items were placed in cooler at approximately 10 am. Chicken and pepperoni were stacked above fill line. Unit was also plugged in shortly before 10am.
