Observed cooked chicken diced (130 F – Hot Holding); cooked steak (120 F – Hot Holding) at steam table. As per operator for less than one hour. And chicken soup (117 F – Hot Holding) at warmer. As per operator for less than two hours. Operator moved the products to reheat at grill. And on the steamer. Cooked chicken diced (169 F – Reheating) Cooked steak (170 F – Reheating). **Corrective Action Taken**
