Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Dish machine at bar area sanitizing at 0 ppm chlorine. Manager had already contacted vendor to repair and have been using dish machine in kitchen which is sanitizing at 100 ppm chlorine. **Corrective Action Taken**
03A-02-5High Priority – Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. On coffee bar area: half and half (46F – Cold Holding) Inspector discussed and emailed Time as a Public Health Control.
