01B-01-4High Priority – Dented/rusted cans present. See stop sale. One can of condensed milk dented at seam in dry storage area. One can green beans dented at seam in kitchen. Operator discarded both. **Corrective Action Taken**
12A-29-4High Priority – Employee touched soiled surface and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Employee in back dock area simultaneously handling a clean container with potatoes and vaping. Inspector coached employee on proper hand washing procedures. **Corrective Action Taken**
41-10-4High Priority – Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. In dry storage area outside back door of establishment cleaning chemicals were on shelf next to sugar cane. Operator removed chemicals from shelf. Chemicals stored next to clean dish ware on table outside back door.
29-34-4High Priority – Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb or on fitting/splitter added to hose bibb. Green hose connected at back of restaurant did not have vacuum breaker.
