Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Observed dish washing machine at bar area on 1st floor not sanitizing properly reading 0ppm. Operator will have to bring dirty dish to 3 compartment sink to get wash rinse and sanitize. Also have to put the bar Dish washing machine on a Warning and a 7 day callback according to OSG **Warning**
