03A-02-5High Priority – Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed small reach in used to hold boba during business hours. Boba temped at 54F beginning of inspection, operator placed container in large reach in to cool down. Temped at 46F at 3:16pm. **Corrective Action Taken**
