Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. DM ppm shows no reading on inspector test strips. Operator fixed chlorine output. All dishes are being washed in triple sink with chlorine sanitizer.
