03A-02-5High Priority – Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. On the cookline, beer batter (70F – Cold Holding). The batter was made 2 hours ago. The batter was added to TPHC and a time mark was applied. In the flip top cooler, butter (55F – Cold Holding). The butter had been sitting on the cutting board during service and was placed back into the cooler recently. The item was added to TPHC and a time mark was applied. **Corrective Action Taken**
