Observed raw beef patty (51F – Cold Holding) at reach in cooler drawers at cookline. As per manager item has been there for approximately 2 hours. Observed shredded lettuce (48F – Cold Holding); milk shake mix (50F – Cold Holding); sliced ham (50F – Cold Holding) at walk in cooler. As per manager items have been prepared and placed there for approximately 3 hours. Advised manger to submerge containers in ice to rapidly chill. **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2023-08-17: Observed cut lettuce at 48F; sliced ham 50F; cream 48F all cold holding at walk in cooler. As per manager, for approximately 3 hours. Employees placed bags of ice over all products. Observed no TCS products stored inside reach in cooler drawers at cook line. **Admin Complaint**
