Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Chlorine was at 0 ppm. Operator setup three compartment sink and called for maintenance. **Corrective Action Taken** **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2023-09-14: Observed chlorine at 0ppm at callback. Operator stated machine was repaired after inspection. Operator showed invoice for dishwasher maintenance on 08/17/23 from Imperial Dade. Operator called back service technician for follow up repair. Set up three compartment sink for ware washing until machine is repaired. Time extend seven days per Kimberly Torbert. **Time Extended**
