High Priority – Employee handled soiled equipment or utensils and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Observed cook on cookline drop a spatula and pick it up off the floor and take to the dishwash area. Returned to the cookline and handled cooking utensils and did not remove gloves, wash hands and out on clean gloves. Manager discussed with cook about washing hands. **Corrective Action Taken**
