Observed shrimp repackaged on site and under burger tubes cut in half and ends covered in plastic wrap in reach in freezer

Observed cream cheese icing red velvet cake (64F – Cold Holding) held on counter at room temperature. Operator states cake was put out less than an hour ago and replaced in cooler to quickly cool to 41F within 4 hours. **Repeat Violation**
