High Priority – – From initial inspection : High Priority – Live, small flying insects in kitchen, food preparation area, food storage area and/or bar area. 1) 2 small live flying insects in the dining room landing on wall . 2.) 2 small flying insects landing on wall next to restrooms. 3)5 small live flying insects landing on glasses at bar in dining area, bar out of service at this time. Operator killed 5, cleaned and sanitized the area. **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2023-08-24: Observed at callback inspection same. 1) Four small flying insects around drains from empty ice bin and dishwasher in back unused bar area. 2) Three small flying insects around dry storage shelves behind salad station landed on closed containers of artificial butter and dry beans. 2) Two small flying insects on wall painting in upper dining area. **Admin Complaint** **Admin Complaint**
